Return and Exchange Policy

General information about returns and exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges should be communicated within 3 days after receiving items.
  • All stock must be returned with original tags and labels also in new and original condition.
  • If returned items are in used condition it will not be eligible for any exchange or refund.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to track and trace his/her shipment after receiving the tracking code from our customer service team.
  • The customer should sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) only after checking their order.

Exchanges:

As an example; if the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong size or if the customer does not like the product received he/she can send a request via eBay or through our customer service email mentioned below.

We will work with you to get you a replacement product as soon as possible.

  • All stock must be returned unworn and in new and original condition.
  • The buyer has to pay the return shipping fee and the re-shipping fee of the replacement.
  • As soon as the return has been received we will organize to ship you your replacement.

Please note the process of sourcing a new product for you may take up to 14 days.

Refunds:

  • The online team are happy to co-ordinate a refund for you as long as our general terms and conditions about returns and exchanges (listed above) are met.
  • In general, all approved refunds for stock sent back to the online department will be credited into your account within 2 working days after receipt of goods.
  • We will also gladly refund you the cost of your original shipping if your item is deemed to be faulty or not as described on eBay.
